The proposed idea of the unification of Africa into one state is one
brilliant idea amongst many but the source of the idea remained widely
questionable. For centuries, the world’s second largest and most
populous continent after Asia “Africa” has been and continued to be
rubbed of its resources.

When a war crime suspect denounces a despotic ruler no one listens. The
fact Ellen Johnson Sirleaf – the first elected post-war leader of
Liberia – did not have the moral fortitude to request transfer of the
indicted war criminal to the International Court; nor has she
implemented the UN assets freeze and travel ban against individuals
known to have bankrupt the Liberian economy; nor is she willing to
appear before the Truth and Reconciliation Commission in order to
promote healing and reconciliation in the aftermath of the rape,
torture and murder of more than 400,000 men, women and children; what
gives her the right to question President Mugabe?
