A month ago the Kannah-Yonly Administration provided you with an update
on progress made, plans in process and the entire leadership of our
noble Association.
Today, we are pleased to provide you with updates on the National Administration’s activities on: (1) Inaugural planning and (2) Status of Legal case: Wulu Karlar vs. Grand Gedeh & Anna Barley and (3) other Administrative operations.
Inaugural Planning
On Friday, July 24, 2009, the Board of Directors of Grand Gedeh Association approved the Inaugural budget after careful deliberations. The budget shows projected revenues of $22, 950, estimated expenditure of $13,250 and net projected surplus of $9,700.
In addition, the Inauguration date is carried forward from the Labor Day Weekend, September 4 -7, 2009 to October 3 - 4, 2009 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The National Administration and Board of Directors changed the date because the inaugural committee could find available hall in September in Philadelphia. Total Budgeted expenditure

Note:
2009 Inaugural budget is reasonably high relative to prior year because of fundraising projects embedded in the projections. The Administration anticipates that 60% of the budgeted expenditure will be funded by in-kind donations and contributions and 40% funded by the Association. The projected revenues and expenditure are positively correlated, as such as we have set in place proper internal and budgetary controls to ensure the inauguration objectives are met.
Status of GGAA’s Legal Case
Following the general elections held on May 24, 2009 in Philadelphia, a Law suit was filed on June 5, 2009 by Mr. Wulu Karlar, Plaintiff against Grand Gedeh Association and Anna Barley, former chairlady of the Elections Commission. Subsequently, the National Leadership and the Board of Directors filed an injunction asking the Court to dismiss the plaintiff’s case against the background that there were no merits to the claims against the Association and Mrs. Anna Barley.
On August 6, 2009 at 4:06 PM, the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, Pennsylvania dismissed Mr. Wulu Karlar, the plaintiff’s case against Mrs. Anna Barlee.
On July 28, 2009 at 3:47 PM , Hon. Henry Glay, former President of GGAA, Inc filed an Emergency Petition for Preliminary Injunction and temporary restraining against Grand Gedeh Association under the same docket number as Mr. Wulu Karlar. The National Leadership of Association responded timely to the new complaint and petition on August 6, 2009. Details to this new case will be provided when appropriate.
On August 11, 2009, Wulu Karlar’s lawyer filed an injunction against Grand Gedeh Association asking the court to issue and an Emergency Preliminary injunction and temporary restraining order. This filing in at this time because Wulu Karlar and his Lawyer failed to respond to the Association’s injunction to dismiss the plaintiff’s case due to lack of merits and improper filing. The National Administration will respond accordingly.

continue to cause confusion
Jeremiah Sokan
I mention before in my article, you are continuing to stir up confusion within the Grand Gedeh Association. If you think that the voices and votes of the people from Rochester do not matter, I think you're greatly mistaken. The case against the elections' results is still in court but you and Kannah continue to mislead others that it has been thrown out.
By the way, Forum is not the official website of Grand Gedeh Association. Why would you continue post the affairs of the Association on the Forum instead of grandgedeh.org (GGAA official website)? Or this is to prove that you're not the legitimate leaders of the Association?
You also mentioned that the case has been dismissed out of court. We do not know where you and your supporters are getting this information from. Please be a man enough that it was your lawyer that was thrown out of the case as a defendant lawyer because he has nobody in this case to defend. His preliminary objections to represent the Association as claimed by Kannah have been overruled by the judge. So get used to defeat. This is not the board of no directions of the Grand Gedeh Association that will rule in your favor, even if you don't win. The inauguration that you're planning will be attended by you, Kannah and your immediate family members. I don't think Grand Gedeans will ever defy court order to attend any illegal inauguration in Philadelphia.

What has come Over Martha Martha?
my fellow Grand Gedeas, I am not sure what to believe no more. The people in Philadelphia said the lawsuit against the elections results was dismissed. But other people are saying the suit is alive and breathing very healthily. The people in Philadelphia also said that Kannah and others took over the money. Now Kannah and her supporters don't have control of the account. They told us that they were in control of the website. Now Glay's picture is the only official picture on the site. They say the inauguration was suppose to be on Labor Day weekend. Now they transfer it all the way to October. Then they said Glay was spending the Association's money. Now Martha Kannah inauguration alone is $13,500.00. Even with all of this going on, how sure is Martha Kannah team that we are going make more than $7,000 during this particular program given that we are now divided?
I am totally confused!

Martha Kannah Got Caught in Mortgaging G
To Nyanteh Gaye (aka:Steve Boley), JJ Dennis, Daniel Pyne and all supporters:
I read the posting below and don't know what to say. Please call me on my phone to verify the story. This elections result is still in the air and now this. This is a big reason to concern. That's all I can say right now. Please see below. __________________
John F. Doe Fred knows that Glay is the legitimate president of Grand Gedeh Association. He also knows that Glay is keeping the $6,000.00 away from a rogues like Martha Kannah and Jeremiah Sokan who they say have vast experiences in hacking other people's accounts. Oops, there is one more thing that Fred knows about! Fred knows that Martha Kannah borrowed money from one Liberian business owner on Woodland, near 70th Street, in the name of Grand Gedeh Association and issued him a Grand Gedeh Association's check. When the business man took the check to Citizens Bank, the Bank refused to honor the check, saying that Martha is not the recognized leader of GGAA. You can ask Martha's boyfriend Freeman.
My people my name-o!

Delete Martha Kannah from the Forum
Mr. Editor,
Please remove this Martha Kannah woman from your website. We thought she was going to be a good person. This was why we supported cheating Glay. Right now, some of us believe the verdict to get her off the Grand Gedeh Association's spotlight is right around the corner. In fact the elections that suppose to bring this woman to office is the one being challenged. She does not even have the constitutional right to defend herself. And because she has started to do the unthinkable - attempting to spend money that is not approved or that is not hers and only running after money and not the actual affairs of the association, we do not feel comfortable supporting her again. I am very scared now! Anything about her, please don't publish it until we find out what happened between she and businessman in Philadelphia about trying to spend out money that quick.
