thumb_dsc01187With an outstretched hands
I come unto thy wonderful throne with fear and trembling
Lord, I come with great thanks and appreciation

Dear God, when I behold
The breath that you lend me
The gentle breeze that blows me
The good health that you give me
When I behold
Your beautiful land;the red roses
The sea;the river
Which you have awakened my soul to see
Lord, when I behold the beautiful and intelligent creatures
Which have awakened from your hands
Then Lord I see a very loving and caring God!

But Lord, I hear a huge noise from out of your sanctuary
I hear cries in your name
The sons of man blame you
For their own failures and follies
And in their deep recess of their hearts
Daily, they curse your holy name.
They yearn to chew and destroy your sons and daughters
Who lift your name and worship and reverence you, oh shalom

Dear God,you have shown us life and death
And have begged us to choose life
But we have defied you, Lord
We have chosen death for ourselves instead of life

And yet the sons of men raise
Their voices and fist
Toward your holy face-God forbid!
They declare that you are dead
They rain insult and degrade your Most Holy name
Declaring judgment with their blind sights
They declare that your creation is faulty and useless
They laugh and are marked the wisest
By such defiance and condemnation of your name

Yet, in their defiances and disrespectful acts
To your holy and great throne
For their own folly
You give them life
That enable them to see those beautiful creation and creature
Which you have given your world
Lord, unlike the kings of wickedness
You refuse to strike these serpents with your anger
Your anger which comes with great thunder and lightning
But you guide them
You allow them to enjoy the rain and the sun
And eat the fruits of your hands;
You protect them and watch over them during their deep sleeps
And open doors for these people of Ninevah
Lord I then see a mercy and forgiving God

But Lord like Job
Our hearts are shaken
Our souls wrestle with our bodies
When suffering comes
Not from our own hands
That is when suffering comes
To the innocent ones

We just heard about the Haitians
We hear about the evil that daily
Befall on the innocent ones of the earth
Lord,deep sorrows fill our hearts
When we behold these calamities

But Yahweh,I sat on the Rock and listened to your questions to Job
How do we question you,oh holy one!
How does the clay question the potter?
And if it does, what sense does it make?

How does the created contingent being
Judge you, oh Omniscient one?
How do we judge you?
For we do not understand and see in the supernatural plane
You, oh Lord, are the only one who understands and sees in that plane

Like the heavens are far from the earth so are your thoughts from ours
And like no earthly father will give snake to his child who ask for fish
Or give rock instead of a bread
And so Lord we know that these ‘evils’ are for a purpose
So,Dear God, our maker
We only bow our heads and say thank you
And like Balaam who had evil plan for your people
We earnestly pray for peace in the souls of like men
Open the eyes of them who do not understand your will

GUIDE AND PROTECT US ALWAYS.....Amen!!

WOW!
Morgan,
Truly, you are a prophet. I can not believe that these strong religious words came from your fingers. We are on the battle front and unless we have strong writers like you whose writings are not only political but religious then we can guarantee our society to the next stage.
