to investigation, Jackson Zleh Towah’s bizarre behavior, including his
nonstandard character, is the result of his chronic substance abuse,
Lancaster County substance abuse program records show.
Jackson Zleh Towah, one of Grand Geedeh County Association-Henry Glay’s camp spokespersons, was reportedly arrested, in 2005 in Jessup, the State of Maryland two times on charges of driving under the influence of substances not mentioned, and a charge of driving wrong way. He pleaded guilty to the latter but was sent to the ARD program on DUI charges after serving his term.
The ARD, Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition, was implemented by the state of Pennsylvania in the 1980’s as a means to accelerate the court process in criminal cases such as first offense DUI’s that would not jeopardize the public’s safety if the defendant were allowed back on the streets.
Towah, born on November 11, 1970, was placed on the ARD program from 2005 to 2007. It is not clear if Towah’s rehabilitation was completed. when contacted, a psychiatrist, who asked for anonymity, because she was still monitoring Towah’s behavior, confirmed that the 39 years old still needs help.
According to PA ARD program, by admitting first time PA DUI offenders into the ARD program, the state of Pennsylvania is able to avoid lengthy court proceedings and the defendant is able to have their DUI expunged from their criminal record once they complete the ARD program. But Towah’s criminal record is still open.
Jackson Towah, without an interrogation, told the people of Liberia that he is a graduate of Cape Town University in South Africa and a graduate of a University in Canada. He said he was a current student at Johns Hopkins University. Investigation and witness testimonies found he lied about his educational background. Towah is usually in conflict with people whom he verbally attacks, using vulgar languages.
Inside sources in the Grand Geeded County Association say Towah is a very ruthless person who is inconsiderate of his kinfolks.

No wonder why this guy is causing trouble here and there. As a matter of fact, from the analysis of the web site, Towah did not complete the program and he is still owing the court a huge sum of money.

Mike, If you're interested in making peace between Toteh and Towah, do so. It's unfair to be one-sided. In an effort to let Toteh know that he's wrong, you denigrate him without taking Towah to task. Somewhere down the line, these accusations must cease. The best way to mediate is to urge Toteh and Towah (interestingly T & T) to stop fussing. You're unfair to Toteh. Go back to the drawing board!

Firecoal, the manner in which you responded to Americo is cold. It's okay to disguise your name, but it makes no sense to write poor English. You seem to be a very educated person. I applaud you for that! But, you have a responsibility to write well. Do you know why? A lot of people learn from you. Also, because a lot of people (not just Liberians) read our comments every day, it's imperative for us to show the best in us.
Gargar Brown, who writes as if he hasn't seen a classroom is very educated. When a concerned respondent confronted him, Gargar said he couldn't care less because his people or readers understood him.
